I THINK i know how it works. Im not sure, so if it doesnt work, someone please correct me

its kinda easy. you need to make a single player game or a LAN game.
once you are in open the command prompt (usally the ~ key)

then you type in:
demo.recordDemo example (You pick a file name, i used example)

to stop recording type in:
demo.stoprecording

Now in order to play the files after you are done recording, you will need to download a program, Someone else probaly knows of it, i belive its called BattlePlayer 2.0 or something.
