Can anyone tell me what I need to get the MECSF Service Ribbon?

Have 65.21 theater hours. Best round 199. And 35.53 hours played as MECSF.
Have played all 3 maps.

well im not really sure, you could check at www.bf2player.com and make sure you have all thoes things.
other than that maybe go back and play all the levels again. im working on my times. so good luck.

Almost seems bugged to me. The SF awards have had their share of problems. Have you played as MecSF since 1.3 came out?
