Ok well what I was thinking is, when 2142 comes out im guessing it will have a ranking system, possibly similar to what we have now.So what if there was a way to sorta carry over ur rank, well lemme explain.
Ok if u are considered an enlisted player now anywhere from private to sargent major, you would have to start from enlisted ranks (private), but...if u put time and effort into bf2 before u switch.And you are able to achevie commisioned status 2nd LT and higher....u can start the game from the lowest officer rank???
That way u would have a way of knowing who is truly new or newer to the series and who has some knowlege of wtf there doing.
