Before i bought my Nvidia 7900 GT i used an ATI X800XL. With the ATI card i was able to set Lightning on "Low" and Dynamic Shadows even on "Low". Since i use my new graphic card i cannot enable Dynamic Shadows (either Low, Medium, High) with Lightning set to "Low". If i set Lightning to at least "Medium" i can enable Dynamic Shadows, so everything is fine.

Is there any way to solve this issue and use Dynamic Shadows on "Low" with Lightning on "Low"?

Maybe you should see http://www.tweakguides.com/BF2_1.html

But here some tips:

Download driver, just check at least.

Try it again b/c I set it to the tweak guide and it has a whole medley of medium and low.

Try doing Shadows before lighting, or vice versa

I already tried the official ForceWare 84.21, the WHQ 84.56 and the newest Beta 91.28 - with none of these drivers i can enable Dynamic Shadows if Lightning is set to Low.

Enemies are easier to spot with Lightning set to Low, there are no dark corners where they could hide. And i prefer killing guys over a good looking game.
