If he says that it was a knife and pistol server... Knife and pistol or any restriction in the game is not allowed. If you want to, go to the server where he plays, (You can find it out by Xfire or then look at his stats (in bf2s.com) when his playing.) take few screenshot of him and others playing knife and pistol, take screenshot of the server name and players stats, and you can record a video too, then report him to EA.
