i really cant stand being in tanks. i have been in tanks for 5 hours and only have 200 kills. my aviator stats are even more impressive! a whole 45 mins with a whopping 5 kills! however, i do like to be the helo gunner. its really fun, but i only do it if one is needed. my vehicle kills are only 11% of my total. what i really cant stand is when there is an arrogent pilot that bitches at me after we die when i miss the 1 tv guided he allowed me to shoot off. i laugh at him when i end up with a higher score at round end without using vehicles
The people who sit in a tank, apc whatever, round after round. You challenge them to fight on foot, some do, they get rolled and hence, have to go back to their tank, apc whatever.
You can usually tell the vehicle wh0res, as they have very little team work points at the end of hte map lol..

I was too lazy to read the whole Thread, But, I think a Vehicle Whore is someone who has more Time in a Vehicle than as Infantry.... Or at least as someone else said, 75% of your Kills.

And I even called out to my comrades via Team chat: "COME ON LADS! WE CAN WIN THIS!" and commended them hoping it would help.
Again, I hadn't died yet and I had my fair share of the APCs and tanks showing up, that and my commander was actually being helpful as well as other engineer allies coming to help, in likes that maybe they noticed we were winning because I was helping them push these forces back... about the 50th guy or so dead, my game froze and I thought my connection got disrupted... nope... the server kicked me out for 'vehicle whoring' when I hadn't even died once. Came back in to reclaim my points but our side was getting mashed up again unresolved oppostion of me not having a tank again.

I was a tanker in the Army for awhile and specialized in that skill (besides everything sux compared to armor). Why would I leave a superior combat vehicle to play old western gunfight at the OK corral? NO way, overwhelming firepower is the answer to any challenge. This is a combined arms wargame and requires specialists of all types to dominate. Some people are good at alot of things but nobody is best at everything. Some only play the game enough to learn one or two skills. That doesn't make them tank whores, it means they have a life!!!
Be honest, tell me you never thought to yourself "oh good our pilots are pwning, we're going to win this one". Did you say to them "come on Ace of Aces get out of your jet and fight like a man"? lmao Go get a jet and beat him in the air...
Low teamwork points is another matter but calling them a "non-teamwork whore" takes to long. Maybe they were just bullet magnets that round? And commander's in larger games may never get a chance for teamwork points.

EA/DICE gave us tanks and air and also benevolently allowed the infantry to stay in the game this time but for what??? Use what the game has and ignore people who haven't figured out this is a combined arms game.
Run the tank as long as you dont TK for it. K : Dratio is only a guide, it is simplistic, 2 dimensional, and most people don't even know how to analyze that data anyway.
