Dynamic Shadows Bug since 1.3?

Today i wanted to set up my graphic settings.
Everything worked fine except the "Dynamic Shadows" everytime I enabled it, it disabled itselfs after pressing the "Accept" Button. Before the Patch I had no problems with that Option can someone confirm that this is a Bug of 1.3?
My Graphiccard is an old X850XT/pE

I don't want them on so this sure as hell wouldn't be a problem for me I actually have experienced sort of the reverse glitch: I'll join a server and the shadows will be on despite being off in the video settings and I have to quit BF2 in order to sort it out.

mines always off anywho, my crappy pc can't handle it. try it though without, you can see more i think

...sure for gameplay = shadows off.. but i need the shadows for the battlerecorder...
