I think that once artillary has been blown up, it can only be repaired once. Otherwise spec-ops could wait for the supply crate, top up their c4 and blow it up again and again, so on. This should apply for all other Team Structures like UAV and Command Center.
What do you think?

u are a mess jonny, that would completely ruin the game for the commander and then no1 in the team would want to be commander because it would be a dissadvantage

Yes, but now that you get points destroying strategic objects, this could be used as a new form of point farming.

To use this form of point farming the commander would have to be working with the enemy, which strikes me as unlikely. Bad idea in my opinion, it takes away almost all the commander's power very easily.

If this is possible the first half of every game would be dedicated to just taking all commander power. Its fine how it is.

a good commander will tell a squad to go and shoo away the spec ops that are blowing his assets, a good engineer will realise he can get easy repair points for blowing away spec ops and repairing the commander assets.
