I searched and nothing came up that i really found ussful

ive got my patch installed/booster packs, but now when ever i click on a server, it crashes back to desktop......And ideas of what to do

yes, hows that affect it, it worked everytime before with windows

it's the same issue as of the one with Special forces....

ok i know what to do, rather somebody else knew
go here   http://www.speedguide.net/read_articles.php?id=1497     and  about 8 paragraphs down, it says event id yada yada yada, click and download, but turn off virus scanners first, then follow instructions

In a nutshell, Microsoft decided that they would limit (for security reasons) the amount of network traffic being sent from your comupter.  Their justicifation was to minimize the amount of possible viruses/warms being transmitted from infected computers.  Below is a link that has more information on this issue.
You can even download a program to fix this issue -- it has worked for me after everything else failed!
