CPU compatability

Hi there just need some advice, basically i need to know if my CPU - Pentium 4 515(2.93ghz,1mb,fsb533)
is compatible with this motherboard i have picked out-

well what socket is it? if its lga 775 then it should be fine

After doing a quick google search I found this in the heading: Pentium 4 515 2.93GHz LGA775 cpu. looks like it may be okay.
