I'm coming up on Sergent Major and have 2 unlocks left, the L96A1 and P90. I'm not really sure which to chose. I use Anti-Tank more than Sniper but I like the DAO-12 just fine. What would everyone recommend unlocking?
I dunno, the P90 isn't that bad though sometimes i get puffs of smoke and no hits. But i don't use the AT kit much either. The P90 is a lot more stable than the other submachine guns you can choose and is deadly at long range. The L96 really isn't needed if you've mastered the bullet drop on the M95.

P90 is just the same as MP5. this means it sucks. Only upside to this gun is the large ammount of ammo in one clip and laserdot sight. The sniper gun is just awesome, since I unlocked it I play sniper for 80% of the time while before the unlock i didn't at all.
Umm, you get both of them. One last rank, two unlocks, P90 and L96A1
I believe you get two unlock points per promotion so.........
I love both of them, if you only have 2 unlocks left at Sergent Major & you have SF you should get both.
So... unlock both?

P90, like all the other Anti-tank subguns outside of the PP-19 is a joke. The only high point is that on single fire it's a little better for making long range shots than a pistol but it's dot sight makes it much easier to aim. My brother uses AT a lot and has switched to it, he just double taps their heads now. It's rate of fire and magazine capacity also allow it to compete with the shotguns at close range much better than the other subguns, but the shotguns will usually still win.
So, for your current play style the DAO's the best, but you get some range capability with the P90 if you want that.
As for the L96, it's basically a M24 that you can use as MEC and China. If you want that, go for it. That's what I did.

i dont yet have the p90 but the L96A1 owns hardcore
what i like about the DOA is the high amount of ammo it has, the other guns suck with ammo

Working on aiming fixes that issue better than any support kit ever could.
you're supposed to be behind your team, providing support. AT gets those 3 clips for self defence, not for storming enemies.Cohammer wrote:

Well, the P90 is friggin fast after the patch. IF you know how to use it properly, you can own all in your path. Just remember to get a support guy to tag along, as someone forgot to tell DICE that a faster rate of fire means you run out of ammo reaaly quick.
L96 is an excellent sniper rifle. The sound is amazing. Apart from that, not really sure.
