Where can i find ,"You have been promoted" and "You have received an award" sounds?

I dont want that, what I want is the commander speak "you have been promoted" and "You have received an award" sentence.
omg, why cant you guys understand what im speaking? i know is in the common_client folder but i want the sound "YOU HAVE BEEN PROMOTED" , "YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN AWARD' and not any other drums music... which i cant find it.
