Do you think they will ever make another expansion for BF2, EA tends to make 2 expansions for everthing(ex: BF1942, MOHAA)
id like to see more military themed stuff(sounds stupid but i mean what really happens in war) and less special forces stuff, some ships would be a awesome thing

I wouldn't doubt their greediness in making a super booster pack for $20

I think it depends on the outcome of EF and AF sales.

i think Bf2142 will crash and burn, people will say "were have i played this before, oh ya BF2, might as well play that" if it flops expect a expansion

Um, EF and AF ARE the second expansion pack.  Since EA is greedy, they decided to split them up into 2 booster packs and make them download only so ALL the money goes to them, no middle man.  (This was all explained in the early EF press releases and interviews)

They were originally supposed to be downloaded at $19.99 USD each for a total of $39.98 USD after both instead of $29.99 USD for buying one disk and having a chunk of it go to the store, not EA.  Obviously EF didn't sell worth a crap at the original price and they quickly dropped them to the current $9.99 USD, a reasonable price for a downloaded product.

Personally I'd still like a disk for backup as I don't trust EA's record keeping just yet, and if they ever release them as an actual expansion pack I'll buy it even though I've already downloaded them.

At least they are putting out expansions instead of just letting the game die. We must be thankful that anyone is even making more maps, guns, vehicles etc.  Just think of how many games you own that just sit there because the company will not expand or make a foolow up to the game. Instead of bashing EA all the time for lame stuff, be happy that they haven't stopped making expansions and patches for a game that is over a year old. The game could have been dropped like a bad habit, but they are still putting time and money into the game. Just because you pay 9.99 for a booster pack, doen't mean that it costs EA nothing to make it. They have designers, computer techs, and everyone else involded in the making of a booster pack to pay. Salaries and benifits. Would you work for free?

Anyway, point being, they are not letting the game die and be replaced and they are not charing much for an booster to keep the game alive.

Also, if you want more maps of a specific type, email them as much as you can. They will see them and maybe act of it. After all, they are in the business of selling things to a consumer. The more input about about what people want, the more likely they are to make it.

Lastly, enough complaining about bugs. Do you really think that EA does it on purpose? Yeah , that is great marketing. Again, atleast they fix it instead of saying oh well and releasing a different game.
