the requirement is 10 seconds in a parachute.....is that in one game? or all at once? I NEVER fly....but I assume that is in one game and you need to bail out a couple times to get it?
In a round yeah,just blackhawk it up and bail if it's not needed.Press 9 as soon as you get out.
That's one round. Just fly a jet or chopper up high in the clouds and hit your parachute as soon as you bail. You'll get your ribbon halfway down.

Just take an unused heli(the MEC transport chopper is almost always on its pad on Wake,for example) and go straight up.
When you can't see the ground anymore jump out and immediately open the parachute,you'll get the Airborne Ribbon when you touch the ground.

Get on a Wake as PLA, get in the Z-8, go up to 300 M, bail, and press Parachute as soon as you do. You'll get the ribbon right before hitting the ground.
Like everyone else said, get a transport helo and fly up as high as you can. I used the PLA transport on Daqing, and just flew straight up as high as I could, bailed out and just parachuted into the grey sky.....slowly but surely the ground came into view. I got the ribbon about 15-20 seconds before I reached the ground lol
That was my first ribbon, you can get that by accident if you just jump off the ledges in kark instead of using the stairs.

Or if you have SF can't you get it pretty easy just using the parachute spawn point a couple times on Warlord? Seems to me this ribbon is a bit too easy to get. Should have been like 20 deployments or something.
