Ive been trying so hard to get this 5 repair points in a round, its so hard, any tips, what are good maps to play for getting it?
Any map which features a lot of armour ... EF maps are great. Get you and few buddies, all as engis and drive round owning. You should find that 5 repair points will come your way pretty quickly

sharqui mec, get a car and follow tanks/apcs around and repair them. also repair the arty with your repaircar in the beginning of the round if usmc blows it up

Wow! That seemed like so long ago. Just do like they said and get a vehicle and be repair whore. 5 seems so easy now. 10 was tuff. Seemed like I would never get over 9 but .......FINALLY. Now got a few more hours before I try for 20.

I have the Advanced Eng badge but I'll be damned if I remember how I got it.

You can do it the way I did, the sleazy way ...
I did this on Wake as the US team: spawn as spec-op, try to get commander. If you don't get it, ask for a supply box, either way close to the UAV trailer, but not too close as you will be blowing it up repeatedly. Commit suicide halfway between your spawn point and the Uav trailer and spawn as a engy. Now, run to the spec kit and run and grab it so that you throw it forward; repeat. Once you're there blow it up and keep grabbing ammo, while switching to engy and repairing it. This is an easy but long way to do it, if you can it'd be much easier repairing arty; I didn't have that luxury.

i tryed doing it in karkand but MEC are pussies and wont rush arty, i dont have AF or EF to try that on, and doubling up doesnt work cause u get instantly raped by other thanks

Follow armor around in a hmmv. That is probably the easiest way to get it outside of having someone on the opposite team constantly blow your arty, scan, and UAV.Cohammer wrote:

i tryed that on daq, they never need repairs, fucking hell this badge is hard to get, so fucking hard, u should get points for repairing a empty vech
5 was easy, 10 wasn't that bad. 20/25 is difficult. The best I have in a round legit is 17 on Warlord.
Pray the SAS doesn't capture the TV Station for a while. Easier for Insurgents to go blow up assets.
when not repairing assets. find your tank and apc and repair them. Use a raider for transport protection. The ATV is faster, but the raider offers better protection.

u can get basic repair in SFs???
You can get any badge besides the normal combat badges in SF. SF has it's own set of combat badges
Edit: Warlord is the best map for Repair points. There's always pesky Spec Ops trying to cripple your team.

I got it on Dalian, I followed a tank around in an APC. He never died the whole round.
i finally got it, i played insurg on warlord, hid in the bushes for a long time, waited for all to be gone, then i got the points. not to hard, i got it 1/2 thru the round, the others are gonna be bitches to get tho
good job, now you have an idea of what to expect for the next 2 badges.
now im trying to get that stupid vet first aid badge, people will die before they get health, and they expect a revive, dumbass
Daqing Oilfields man, that's where i got mine, just go on a semi populated server hop in some armor and get in a convoy.

i got mine in Mashtuur City lucky for me i was on the mec team all we had was one flag and my team were all pussies and snipers and kept sniping between the the mosque and the main mec flag where the uav is and so i spent the whole round as a medic healing all of them and reviving them i just camped in that little room in the building and when someone got shot i would run out and heal/revive them the whole round and i think i may have killed one guy that round with about 5 deaths but i edned up with about 12 heals and a whole shit load of revives and a gold medal and vet First Aid BadgeCohammer wrote:

i have a g15 keyboard so there is a button next to crouch so i can whip the med paddles out fast.
