ROFL!  No, it was definetly him.  His clan [TAF] scrimmed =6thAD (#3 in CAL).  I've got a friend in =6thAD who told me about the scrim.  After =6thAD won, they started making fun of Ruether and the "outburst" clip, and he denied that it was him.  Here is the convo between me and Juiceman:
