Being team killed for a jet

Hi

I join a server running one of the armored fury map I think it was midnight sun when I spawned by an aircraft
hanger, as I approach the jet I was team killed for it, he even said sorry but he wasn't going to let me fly it.
I didn't get the option to punish him so I spawned in the same place and took him out and nicked the jet from him.
This was on a ranked server and its not the only time this has happened to me as I've seen others get team killed for the same thing on the vanilla battlefield 2 maps.
Why?. they shouldn't kill you but see who manages to press the enter button first. ba! humbug.
My suggestion once your shot down you can fly again for five minutes that goes for heli pilots as well as it take no skill to bomb a map to bits to get a high score, the skilled players are the ones on foot, the most played map is an infantry map with no airpower.

Hi, let me be the first to welcome you to the game Battlefield 2, or BF2 for short. you will run into this situation a lot in the future, i urge you not to stress out about it. The one's that make me laugh are the admins who kick you from their server for a helo or jet instead of tk'ing you. Again, welcome to BF2

you must have played with your eyes closed to not have seen team killing for jets and helicopters,I'm not stressed out over this as I've been playing this since last november,its just another part of batt 2, its just a little annoying, I just team kill back.

I don't play on 64 player servers, so I don't see TKing for vehicles very often.
16 player servers are your friends.

with the new planes and chopter at AF, the teamkills have gotten worse:

- if you are able to get them at the start of the round, your own team will take you down everytime you come for refill or repair.
- if you are spawning back, there will be 6 -8 dorks waiting for the plane to spawn, if you by luck are able to take it back, you will be killed by a sniper, antitank or sf idiot, or a tank or vehicle gun, or if you are able to lift off, you will get 6 team kills nad punished of course.
Best solution: find servers with a few people..

Ahh the good ol' TK for a vehicle, my favorite type of "FUCKTARD".

The best retaliation: First, punish them for original TK, then just spawn back near the vehicle you were killed for. Run up to the SOB that tk'd you and let loose a flurry of bullets all around him, maybe put one or two in them for show. They will immediately TK you again in fear that you'll get the vehicle they so desperately want, so punish them again. Repeat this process until they reach the default 3 TK punishes = Kick or the server default. Make sure you spawn as anti tank that way if they do happen to get in the vehicle you can encourage them to get out and shoot you again.

This works best when you've been drinking for about 5 or 6 hours as well, the humor factor goes way up watching it. I got a great fraps of this happening to me on Saturday night, took all of about 1 minute to get the guy default kicked.
