I've always wanted to know if the creators of any video game actually play it, and because they've created it are they better than the rest?

Doubt it. They wouldn't have found some of the 'hints' and exploits used by the very best players - so they aren't as 'good' (so to speak). If they had found it, you can bet they would have been gone from the start.

Dice has it`s own battlefield team, they came third in the Norwegian battlefield contest for company's.

Edit: And they didn`t squad hop like the rest

I think they play it and are well aware of the bugs. But they really couldn't give a flying f^@k about fixing them. They think, eh, they can live with that bug......mayb we'll fix this other bug after 6 months of complaints....oh and we'll leave that bug....hav we got time to fix that other bug - nahhh lets put all our resources into 2142, after all... fixing bugs doesn't = $$$$

I think the developers of battlefield 2 are making other games like bf2142. The patches are made by n00bs/trainees in programming.
