Recording Sound in good Quality?

I need a good tool to record the Sound from the Game in good quality, I have a full Version of FRAPS, but the Sound sucks. I already found this Thread http://forums.bf2s.com/viewtopic.php?id=27077 but its not a great Help...
So if anyone know a good Soundrecording Program (maybe with easy cut features and if possible for free ^^) would be nice!
