Lately I've been finding I have to quit squads and go lone wolf to avoid commander orders.  It seems that orders I find odd/questionable are increasing a lot lately.  Let me know what you think if there's something I'm missing on these:

1)  My squad is moving to cap a flag, and commander orders us across the screen to take another flag.  This one can make sense since the commander might want you to go around after that flag or sees something we don't.  When I question it is that there are many other squads closer to that location and we're obviously on our way to another one.

2)  Commander orders me to repair their assets.  Granted, I'm engineer, would love the points, and the commander would get a fraction of them instead of dropping the supply crates.  The issue is that sometimes it's way across the screen or worse, in enemy hands, making repair suicidal/wasteful when instead you can drop supplies.  I was playing Sharqi as US, the MEC capped the TV station, blew everything up, and was constantly getting commanded to repair their assets.  I typed and used VOIP to notify the commander to drop supplies since they're not accessible, where then the commander kept rebuking me until I went lone wolf.

3)  Commander gives an order your squad cannot complete, such as repair (when you don't have an engineer), demolish (when you don't have special ops), or mine an area (when you don't have engineer/special ops/sinper).  Are they even looking at the symbols or does it mean when someone dies, they should spawn as that class and carry out the order?

Thanks.

Seems fair to me ... as I commander I very rarely issue orders ... I spot troops, vehicles etc. drop in supplies but I generally take the attitude that my team aren't idiots and they know what they're doing.

Reminds me, I've had just created a squad and my commander ordered me to repair the assets.

I was playing as Spec Ops....
Good commanders are really rare.
