i recently purchased AF from EA, and somehow got billed for a game that i didnt purchase. I believe that my account info was stolen. i sent a email to EA to get a refund. Im really pissed off now, stupid EA and poor security

i think it was a major fuck up by ea, because usually they send u a confirmation before sending a CD key, and i just got a cd-key
EA didnt buy another game on your account, some 10 year old who installed a trojan/keylogger on your PC did.
im getting a refund, they sent a email, but the 10 year old forgot to change the password and email, so hes a idiot
