It would be nice if in the game they added a section under BF2HQ where you could keep track of people you like to play with (clan members) and a option to join their server, something maybe like the leaders list on here with an added section to display their status (online, in a server, #of players, ect.). It would make life a lot easier on some of us.
i guarantee everyone is gonna tell ya xfire, but yes, it would sometimes make things easier.

Like Frank_The_Tank said, ppl will just shrug it off and say xfire, but not everyone uses it. an ingame feature would be alot better, if the did they could also maybe include a little program linked to the main game that accesses that feature without firing up the game, so u can see if ur buddies are online or not without having to start the game.
Hey you might also want to try my homepage (below) where you can create buddylists to add to your browser's bookmarks or even include into the clan-page or whatever. Finding good GameServers is of cource also easily possible. Everything for free of course!

bf2tracker.com keeps track of where people are playing all u have to do is add them to your buddylist... and u can also get some stats that u dont get in this site like how many points on any certain day gow many kills deaths revives shit like that
