it would be hard to make a modern war movie in a way because the action would be good and intense for a few seconds then the us marines or army would own all and kill the iraqis or insurgents.

they really dont seem to make many modern war movies... im sure it would be hella expensive to get all that equipment to make a good one

I think they made the movie that way because they didn't want to portray HER as the hero there. There was a bunch of controversy about whether or not she was even conscious when she was captured becasue of a vehicular crash. no, it wasn't that great of a movie aside from the SF rescue in the end.usmarine2005 wrote:
