I like the MEC chopper too, for maneuvering and such, but I'm convinced that the Little Birds guns do more damage. Depends on the situation, I guess
The little bird. It's smaller, making it harder to hit and I believe it's more maneuverable. Also, I like how the guns aim on it better than on the MEC or PLA scout choppers.

After spending some time in the PLA chopper I have to vote that way. It seemed more nimble and the guns seem more accurate.
I've noticed that the little bird has a single stream of tracers which only loosely coincides with the actual impact points, which actually straddle the tracers (try shooting a building at about 50m).

All the choppers shoot from two different guns, meaning there are two lines of fire. The PLA and MEC tracers come from the left side, I think, and the Little Birds comes from the right. Or it could be the other way around
who decided helicopters should be called choppers? what are they chopping!? my sister is an ame (aircraft mechanic, endorsed ona 205/212[basically a civ. huey]) and most ame's freak when they hear helis being called choppers.
choppers are called that because they make chop-chop-chop-... noise when flying.

or some poor guy got too close to the blades and got "CHOPPED" up when the first helicopter was invented and that was a given nickname?
i still haven't had the chance to fly the chinese scout helicopter in combat, the mec eurocopter is really cute and the little bird reminds me of black hawk down movie. i couldn't see any differences flying the two choppers, so i'll go for the mec one on a mere aesthetic basis.
i think the MEC heli is the ugliest, MD530 (little bird) is the best looking. however i chose the chinese heli cos it seems most maneuvourableUmibozu_IT wrote:

Littlebird
Im sayin the USMC because the MD530 Little Bird pwns. It's manuverable and it has powerful guns, what more do u need LoL

I voted the MEC. But as I always pilot and don't gun much I think the USMC Cobra is better for the pilot. It can turn much faster and is smaller and harder to hit. I voted MEC because of the cannon. Its splash damage is devastating. In the cobra you may have to take your gunner on a few passes to take out infantry hiding from us, but with the MEC helli you just fire in the general direction and they die. To summarize, the MEC helli is slow, large and an easier target but its infantries biggest nightmare. So I vote it. Although I prefer to pilot the Cobra.

I think the Littlebird is the best because it is the most maneuverable. I also think the guns are the closest together so it is easier to take out infantry and vehicles. The only thing i don't like about it is that i think it is the most prone to flip over.

after the littlebird. In my experience its seems the PLA is the least maneuverable and seems heavier when flying so going from a landing position back to the air seems slower to me.
