Notice the fact you don't get points for that shit? Not sure why? Consider it a bug?
Do you think the fact your score is influenced by your teams scores is all 'messed up'?
Wow. Dropping a car on some poor fucks head, or tank, means GUYXYZ on your team doesn't get that kill, and you and he both miss out on points.
Wanna defend that flag with a vehicle drop? Order the nearest squad to that flag to defend it, drop them a vehicle. You all get points, But nah, that's all too logical for some people, same as 'teamwork' is a foreign concept.
P.S stop dropping ATVS on my fucking tank on Surge. A car killing a person is believable. A tank dying via a Quad, which 2 people can easily lift? Exxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxploit!
And to the people saying 'lol noobs, move', do you think it'll still count as a mounted machine gun if I chuck it in an Asda Trolley? or fit the TOW to 3 skateboards?

I've dropped supply crates on snipers and killed them. It's a little more difficult to do than with a vehicle. The Supply crates have some "random" movement to them, the vehicle doesn't. After the first hour of dropping vehicles on people and arty I stopped doing it because it got boring. Now the biggest issue is Karkan Hotel glitch with them for me.
The idea that if a vehicle wasn't dropped on your head a supply crate would doesn't really do it. Dropping a supply crate on someone is a waste. Dropping a vehicle on someone, well if no one's asking for a vehicle and you spot someone relatively still why not do it?
The vehicle drop has turned into a silly exploit. Based on a couple hours commanding yesterday, I see that the vehicle drop will not recycle until the vehicle is destroyed. So there is actually incentive NOT to use it for the purpose of giving transport because someone sitting in that vehicle actually driving it prevents the commander from having it available to drop on people's heads, or on assets, or on enemy vehicles.

HI all................ When this new ability started AKA vehicle drops my BF2 mate (i wont mention names) tells me its OK to stand under the car as it comes down......... So he does to show me and CRRUUNNCCHH...ARRRGGHH he is turned into pulp. This was a great laugh for some time lolololol......
not a problem here - just snipe with "E" pressed, and don't stand anywhere on the carrier without it pressed either.

Is it true that the USMC DPV (little black car) can't destroy arty when dropped on it but the chinese/mec cars can do it easily? On wake I can destroy the USMC arty easily with the chinese jeep, but when trying to destroy the chinese arty, the car always falls off, no matter how accurate. LOL I spent probably 30 minutes in singleplayer trying to figure this out.

When I'm commander I love nothing more than to scrape snipers of the edge of buildings with falling cars .
I love it when someone of my team blows up the enemy arty........... then I wait for a engineer to show up and start repairing the arty.... then is my time to drop a car on the gun...:-)

oh I'm definitely a vehicle bomber. it's fun! as a commander, it's rewarding, although I don't get credit for the kill. I find it extremely useful for defending flags.

the best way to fix the vehicle drop problem is to make it slightly innaccurate, like the supply boxes. it's hard to drop a supply box on an enemy because it drifts. perhaps a vehicle drop should do the same thing.
Before you -1 me, keep in mind that as a frequent commander, I'm victim to vehicle drops on me, too. a commander is always stationary, and therefore and easy target. a commander's arty is also an easy target, and it is impossible for a single commander to keep his arty repaired and successfully command simultaneously with an opposing commander dogging the arty with FAV's.
It's just part of the game. It's not an exploit, it's a good idea with a loophole that clever people caught onto. When a vehicle gets dropped, you see the shadow before you get crushed. Just hold down the E key and you will enter the vehicle rather than getting smooshed.

What you can drop cars on to kill or blow up is kind of funny.

If a random sniper is THROWING clays around the room in the hope of picking up a bunch of kills while a shitload of us are in the room, and they go off and kill us? Damn right I punish.
