Squad Leader and..

co-squad leader.

What if you could have a co-squad leader that only the squad leader can spawn on. Cause it was kinda frustrating when my squad and I were trying to cap a flag and I would die, and the medics wouldnt heal me(I guess since it is my new account and I am a corporal or something ).

So, I was thinking, instead of spawning at the hideout, trying to cap the security office and THEN go to the palace and help my squad, have a co-squad leader that only the squadleader can spawn on. As to avoid all of that.

What do you guys think?

as abused as the spawn on squad leader in the first place? I think it is equally as fair. it can really only be abused as the spawn on squadleader now.

but only the SL can spawn on the co-SL not the other squadmembers. to make it less... abuse-prone.

if I am squad leader and I get killed if it is an absolute must to either cap or kill I let some one else closer to the action be squad leader, making them the new spawn point. Sometimes people don't let you have the squad leader back, in that case I just create another squad...

dude... are you playing on 1.3? you can squad hop anymore.

What he's talking about will work in 1.3. His plan doesn't involve him rejoining the squad while he's dead. He's just leaving the squad so that someone else can become squad leader and the remainder of the squad can still respawn on the front line.

But still, it is annoying to die and have to spawn across the map because your team is dumb and wont cap flags... so then i have to get a car and go over there... but there is no car so i have to walk...

thats why i would like a co-SL so i can spawn on them.

Yeah they should have never eliminated squad hopping. It pretty much makes being a squadleader more boring than playing on an empty server.

I liked squad hopping, it helped the team... but nubs didnt like it so EA and Dice changed it.
