Taken From Bf2142.se
'Network Battlefield is that you can see, and benefit from, what your mate (in your squad) see. Here’s an example of how it work, with some theory involved.
You’re standing behind a wall, on the other side of the wall there’s an enemy, which you don’t see. If one of your squad members aims at the enemy a figure will pop up in your 3D map, same map as in BF2, that tells were the enemy is located. I think you understand of this feature can be used. But the fun part isn’t over yet. Depending on which kit your squad members have (independent of which member that sees the enemy) you will get different benefits. If you have a “recon” in your squad you will be able to se enemies from longer distance. If you have an “assault” in your squad you’ll see which kit the enemy is using. In case you have an “engineer” in your squad you’ll see is located in a vehicle, and if one of your squad member is “support” you’ll see the quantity of HP and ammunition. To sum up: The more different kits you have in your squad, you’ll have bigger advantage over your enemies.
It’s only the people in your squad that sees this in the 3D map; you still have to spot an enemy so that all in your team can see him/her. The possibility to automatically show enemies at the HUD (Network Battlefield) is a server property and it can be turned off."
Sounds frickin awsome!!! Its like Legal Hax!!
But seriously, I think this will be a great feature, and I will bet money that they will get it right
