7600gs graphics card would run battlefield 2 i am looking at upgrading and was woundering what it would run like
Well? I have a GeForece 6600 and 1.5 GB RAM and run all in settings High so with that card u'll prob get anti anilising up to 4x with no probs [my card aint gd enough for that]

yeah i dont know the computer place i am looking at getting it from said it is a good card anything will be better than what im running now geforce 5700le bearlie runs bf2

any one else have some ideas
try the THG VGA charts to get an idea how a card scores against the rest. BF2 is not listed as a benchmark but you can see if you are getting the best bang for the buck.

7600 will be fiiiine for BF2. Will be fine for ANY current release. Just won't last as long as the better/more expensive cards.

im runing 758 on the motherboard{main ram} and am 256 on the vidio card

A friend of mine has a asus 6600GT with 128MB RAM and he plays most of the details on high and the dynamic settings on medium on a 1024x758@60 with about 60fps.

i have the 7600GS with 1.5 gigs of ram and a OC'd AMD64 3800+ and i can run the game in all high, 4x AA (the max supported by this card, in my old card i could have 6xAA) and get 50FPs average, it never drops below 38 and tops out at 80. its a wonderful card and every other game ive tried performes better then bf2. excellent card, and with its low price, its definalty a steal.
