you should of used search dude this has been posted so many times now there is alot more than that as well No plate on muscle car, newspaper on passenger seat of truck.
Seen it on Road Rage, but never on Harvest.

Doh!, thought i had something new
apperantly 2142 is also the no plate for the muscle car.
You have to learn the rules of the game and then you have to play better than anyone else.
