ok here you go right click the BF2 icon go to "properties" then look in "target" at the end it should say + fullscreen 1, change the 1 to 0 apply and then that should work

no not at all, in fact it will probably be more of a pain in the arse, might have to mess with resolutions, im sure it will impact performance, unless you have an uber machine, ive never actually played with it like that, i just know how to do it.usmarine2005 wrote:

It will reduce performance considerably. Even with a kick-ass system I'd think you would have to turn down the settings a great deal to even make it playable. I playes Age of Mythology (no where near as demanding as BF2) in a window vs. fullscreen and it was much slower when running in a window.Barney_T_Dinosaur wrote:
