It took me a few rounds to get it back in july, I saw the req's and thought "Yay, another shiny medal." Can't blame me back then

When I first started playing I thought that you needed a lot of medals to gain ranks, so I tried to get a purple heart. I didn't realise that it was useless until I looked at the rank requirements. It should not be a medal.
Why shouldn't it be a medal. It doesn't say that you are bad. Because most of the medal just say that you played to long. You don't have to be a good player to recieve most of the medals you just have to play long. And some ribbons like war college ribbon you can't get if you don't switch team because if you connect to a server you migth lose a round a round instantly. So than you have to win another 3 rounds and that is not fair.Deadmonkiefart wrote:

i gave a guy a purple heart once, man was he pissed. I kept bombing him with the A10 on midnight sun, not even spawn raping. I wish i had taken a screen, funniest thing i ever saw.
