BF2S Forums best graphic settings on my system

not sure mate but be sure to post sum screenshots for me to oogle over =]

i would run that all on high me specs

Pentium 4 3.0GHz
2GB OCZ Gold
ATi X850 XT PE

so yeah your system should be able to run all high with aa on full af on full and everything else set to high, i run the game maxed out and still get 85+FPS

why the fook have you got an Intel, and only a GB of ram to match a 7900?

Can you say bottlenecked?

2BG of RAM will make you run, load and verify client data faster because there is more memory, the more RAM you have the more textures the game can load into the memory.

The reson you lag at 1GB is because the game connot load all the textures into memory as there is not enough of it so it has to load them from the harddrive, as a hard drive has slower tansfer speed then RAM this will make you lag.

Solution upgrade to 2GB and turn of windows page file, you will notice a hug differnce.

I upgraded from 1GB - 1.5GB - 2BG it used to take me 1min 30secs to load a on medium settings at 1GB, then about 1min on 1.5GB on medium.  Then i finally got the 2GB and i load in about 36secs with all high settings, but i have 2 rapter hard drives in RAID0 aswell so thats probably why.

2GB will make you game run alot smoother, load alot faster and look alot better, its well worth the upgrade as it will boost windows performance, application performance and performance in other games aswell.

I got a 9600se + 1gig pc2700 and it takes 4 minutes to load a 64 sized map... anyway, how did you fit a PCI-e card in a AGP slot?

lol i have an pci-e motherboard.
and don't all post Ur bad PC stats.. Ive had an 6200tc before the 7900gt(i know how low graphics look like )
i spend all the money i had, and bought this really good card

some questions:
-i got 1 hardrive of 160 gb, is that slower/equal/faster than 2 drives in raid0 ??
- whith what graphic settings can you look really far? (some people can see up to 500 m)
-and could you guys post links of shops (in europe) that offer 2 x 512mb pc3200 for the cheapest price?
