Today I hopped into my favourite Kubra Dam map. Luckily the round had just started, and I took the tank as I nearly almost do, directly from the MEC main base. I was an engineer, and so my first duty was to repair the blown-up artillery. Artillery blown up? Well, the round had just started, so... wtf?
OK, I drove up there and repaired when suddenly a SQUADMATE came running, spreading C4 all over the working arty and -- guess what -- blew it up. I asked him, not very kindly, what the hell he was doing, but no answer.
So I repaired the other arties and drove off to finally get into battle and to cap some flags. A minute later, "UAV trailer destroyed"... "sattelite trailer destroyed"... "artillery in condition red"...
Back to the main base. Saw my sqadmate blowing up everything and other squadmates repairing it. The other squadmates were insulting him via voice, but no answer came back. So when the shithead came along again with his C4, I shot him dead and -- guess what -- got punished for that. But well, he came back and back and back and back and always wanted to C4 arty and stuff.
Later on, with many unsuccessful kick votes and him being thrown out of the squad, he wrote "wtf? the commander told me to do that!"
So some people really seem to switch their brains off when their commander gives orders.
The bad thing for me? Two or three more team kills.
And the good thing? Veterean Engineer Badge.
