I think its when you are driving or are a passenger in a vehicle when someone is healing or giving ammo to another person in the vehicle..

I think you also get them when you have driver kill assists. Most of the time when I want to have driver points I just go gunner in a chopper and I get the points with the driver kill assist. Or you can be the pilot and have a good gunner. Whatever works.
