Ok , Im having a big problem. I usaly play medic or special ops. but i thought i would try engnier. so i went and i stated playing and then i repaired a bridge and a jeep. then i got killed by a sniper (curise them !) so i went to go look at my score and i was still at 0 .i just figured it had to kick in or somthin. so then next round i played engenier again then i fixed 3 bridges a tank a jeep and 1 artilery and then i died again. i was still at 0 AGAIN. I was so mad am i not going engenir again. has this ever happend to you ?  (could you please tell me waht i have to fix to get points can it be brideges ? or only tanks im so confuised !!!)

umm try fixing arty or anything thats broken you useualy get a point for getting it to full health

I think you get one repair point per full repair, i. e. one third of a jeep and one third of an arty and one third of a bridge should give you one repair point. Just watch out for the message in the lower left corner on your screen saying "you got one repair point".
If you repair arty, UAV or satellite, you will hear "artillery OK again" (or something like that -- got the German version): arty will work again, but still, it's not at full health again.

repair point just suck, being a medic will get you more than 10x as much points!

I have to agree that being an engineer can be quite frustrating especially when you are trying to get 25 lousy repairs in one round.

I'm getting pretty good at engineer, gotta love some pump-action (the only gun i havent unlocked)

And ignore people who think that you should only repair for points. Be a teamplayer, repair because you're repairing.

Don't forget that a teammate needs to be inside the vehicle you are repairing for the duration of the repair time.
