Bloody hell!! Its so fun. I never realised, i started playing with the default mec assault class last night and absolutly loved it. Was getting quite a lot of kills n all. The grenade launcher just makes it so much fun.
Anyone else absolutly love this class?

Assault rocks when gl is used the right way, as in the patches 1.2 and beyond gl grenade slides on the ground...

Nope , assault has armor . If you are skilless , you don't feel armor working , but if you are skilled you will understand..

And yeh , assault is for men .

since 1.2 no 1 ever uses aussault unless they got the g3 .. but they obviously dont understand n00b tubing is still possible... its so easy ... =] i own with it these days =]

It's a pitty ( or maybe a bless ) that noone understands it . I also play assault mostly now , medic in my stats - because I fly choper being it

I never got into assault as infantry (kind of stupid) but i'm highly ranked because of my plane whoring.

Also i found the G3 to be an extremely effective teamkiller.

I like playing Assault too. It's one of the very few classes which have decent standart-weapons.
I mostly use M16 and the AKs, only in SF, I use the G3 when I'm assault. It appears to be extremely good there...

I agree with you dude! the base weapons rock, ive just started playing assault as my main class, as i want expert, its so much fun! and the armour is great, especially since my main kit has been Spec ops, 120 hours with that kit, armour is really appreciated!

The MEC assault is a very good class, the AK rocks as a base weapon compared to the americans equivilent. Do hate GL's though (mainly as i'm normally on the receiving end LOL)

Just get up a high building and shoot the GL down, always works. (Enemies go prone to shoot back)
