Shoot, I just played a really good round on Wake Island and I was getting plenty of kills I had been in there for about 10-15 minutes had 28 kills and 4 deaths which was satisfactory as my team wasn't great. Then I get kicked as soon as the round finished and it said something like kicked for 2 mins whilst updating punkbuster or something. I thought this might be the admin just updating it or some shit as it happened dead on the end of the round hoping my kills would still count I joined another wake map this time taking the jet. After about 10 minutes of doing pretty well I must say *cough* raping carrier. I was kicked again I was expecting it to be for baseraping or something similiar but it was the same error.
So I went to the punkbuster site and see there was an update there yesterday so i'm downloading it manually as I figured my games not done it and it stops on 98% and when i retry the download I get this shit

FFS punkbuster has caused me more problems than cheaters ever would! lol.
Does my impatience show? and has anyone ever had beef with punkbuster?
btw I do realise it's generally a good program and stops alot of people doing evil stuff but you know how you can turn into "everthing is shit mode" when something messes you around it becomes your #1 bane.
