does it mean stay in a tank for 20 mins and get 20 kills or can i get out and repair and get back in?
You have to be in the tank (or APC) for 20 minutes total that round. Stay in for three, get out for one, go back in for 7. That's 10 minutes total. Just make sure that you are in the tank for 20 minutes. I've found that getting out to repair is pretty useless becuase most of the time when I need repairs I'm being chased by another tank. So, yeah, you can get out, but I wouldn't. Hope that helped.
Do you mean the Armored Service Ribbon? If so yes, you can get out and repair. As long as you're in the tank for 20 mins (you can get out) and get 19 kills In A Round (IAR) you'll be fine.

This is an easy unlock, cuz all you need to be is an Enginneer and has to be an APC passenger. Kill as many as you can as a passenger and if your APC armor gets low fix it. The rest is up to your driver, the more he kills the more driver kill assist you get. You might not get this on the first try but you'll get it somehow, best map to do it is at Strike at Karkand.

I remember i got mine as a co-pilot in an F-15. Had a good pilot who always keep his nose pointed at the enemy long enough for me to lock-on and fire off rounds. As for how i got the 1 driver assist point...don't ask me...Its still a mystery.
