I think EA should allow it where, u could cook your grenades like you can on AA. I think it would make the game more real and fun to play. Because if u want to kill somebody who is running u have to toss it like 20 feet in front of them, lol. So if they allowed you to cook your grenades, then you can just throw it right at the person running.

You mean throw with less power? .. just right click and hold it for how ever powerful you want the throw.

Pulling the pin and waiting to throw it, lessening the time it takes for it to detonate once it leaves your hand.

I like this idea, but then you'd get suicide grenaders running into crowded places with grenades in their hands. It'd turn into c4 tossing, but with nades.

In that case yeh you sohuld be able to 'ccok' them, as funny as it might be for a while. It would be shit spawning in on a noob TK'er who runs about with his nade in his hand.

Yeah the reason that really works in AA is because it's a serious pain in the ass to TK. Camp Pendleton, massive ROE violations get you kicked fast. Just not worth it.

BF2 might have some issues with it, but I've actually thought about this idea before too. I agree it's a pain trying to nade someone while they run.

can't you read.

Press and hold right click for as long as you want to 'cook' the grenade.

I know that u can right click the grenade to choose how far u can throw it, that is some old news buddy im sorry king, don't act like you are my teacher or something. Cooking and length of tossing a grenade is a big diff.

Cooking is the amount of time before you release the catch and throw, hence what the right click button for.
Cooking isn't to do with the length you throw.
It's just a pre-medidated tactic

Yes I would love to be able to cook a grenade. Partly for the reason the animation to pull the pin and ready it to throw takes so long, and sometimes the enemy sees me before I can throw it if I happen to have it in my hands. If I could prime it a few seconds before I expect to see an enemy it'll be all the better.

Another thing that should be changed with the grenades is, the way that when you throw a grenade you automatically yell out "GRENADE!!!"

It's fine if you are near teammates, but when you are by yourself with one enemy trying to take a flag, it's pretty stupid that you should tell the enemy your about to throw a grenade.
