Leviathian is a good map for Commander Points. That's where I got my Basic and Veteran Commander Badge and Staff Officer Ribbon.

Be a medic and revive and heal people u get lots of points that way on karkand. Also try support, just throw ammo bags all over, or join a blackhawk crew and KILL KILL KILL.

Okay heres a quick summary of the best way to do ribbons and badges.  for most ribbons filling time requirements in an individual round is the hardest part.  So start by finding a server that plays a large 64 player map, but with around 32-40 people max.  the rounds will always last longer and there is still enough people to kill.  Otherwise if your going for a badge and you need many kills in a round without a time requirement, then i suggest either moders karkand 1 or 2, those games have a ton of easy kills in them and theyre are always people around the hotel area to kill.  Even though its not very tactical to only stay in these areas, forget tactics when going for a badge, even if that means that your factory is being overtaken, because there will still be a ton of morons from usmc spawning at the gas station and going for the hotel. Good luck

Well, start by knowing what the requirements are for each badge and what you need to get it. Check you stats on this site and click and badge to see what you need. Then do it!

Looks like you are missing several kit badges. Pick one and stay with it the entire round - you need 10 kills using the kit. That does not mean you have to kill with your primary weapon though. You can kill in a tank, helo, anti air, anything. You can even kill with arty as a commander and it will count towards your kit badge. You just have to be using that kit while you make the kills. The ground defense ribbon is a perfect one to earn while commander. Get on a tow/mounted MG at your uncapturable base, stay on it for at least 3 minutes, and get 5 kills with arty - piece of cake.

You can double or triple up on time requirements. If you are commander, you are adding to your time requirements for commander and for the kit you are using. When in command mode, don't sit behind a building. Either get on a mounted weapon or get in a vehicle (preferably transport since your team can use the armor). This will advance your time for the badges that have time requirements for those things. Heck you could even get in the gunner seat of a bomber if no one else is using it - but do not fly! All commanders who fly should be demoted to private!

for the AA ribbon, try using the Air defense turrets on the ESSEX on a map that has lots of planes and choppers.  thats how I got mine.  I killed 10 planes/choppers and 1 RIB.  I got It on dalian Plant, because there was someone on the other team that was always gunning for the AA turret with his plane.  he got me a few times but i shot him down more then he blew me up.

Like OneThursday said above find a 16-32 player server with a 300 ticket count and if everyone is playing right and not just speed capping flags you can get 2+ badges/ribbons per round. Just get one badge then switch kits and rack up some more kills for the next one. If your on a mission to get awards the right server is the only help you need. Once you find that the rest is just filling the UBAR requirements.

Okay, general advice: low player loads on a larger map are a sure way to get more points than normal; while I'll typically score between 30 and 40 sniping in a full round of Sharqi with 50-64 players you can aim for 60 or more if the server is only about half full; and generally the lower the number of players the higher your score will be.

I just got a score of 169 (x2 for command) just from trying to be Johnny on the spot where my small team was occupied elsewhere recapping flags we'd lost. Now I had a good team in this game, relative to the other team, so we recaptured all of the US flags about five or six times during the round but because of the physical size of the map you can't get people to cover every approach and they'd sneak back in, or fight their way in using armour, with the help of their attack helicopter. That's the way it goes in low-load servers generally; unless one team is completely outclassed by the other one there's a lot of to and fro and this means lots of neutralise, capture and defend points up for grabs. If I'd have enough time in on the account I was playing I would have gotten veteran sniper combat in the round (28 kills I think) in addition to the basic command badge, staff officer and meritorious unit ribbons and the gold medal.

Looking at your stats, no offence, but you need to work on your accuracy bigtime. I'd practice on singleplayer until the bots don't seem challenging, then you'll be ready for moderately-skillful human players. While you can still get some reasonable scores reviving your ass off as medic, or commanding, you do need to be able to kill a little better to improve your scoring rate so that you don't lose as many face-to-face encounters

If you're like me and you have trouble in close-up combat for whatever reason (panic firing, bad natural aim, bad lag etc.) and you think that hanging back from the action might help you might try to snipe more. You're close to your next unlock so I'd suggest going for the L96A1 so you can have a really good crosshair-scoped rifle available regardless of what side you're on (what I mean is it's fairly easy to aim with compared with the M95). In the meantime the M24 is easier to use than the M95 so in vanilla Bf2 I'd try to play USMC as much as possible if you want to snipe.

I second everything Todd_Angelo said.

If you can get your accuracy up, everything else will soon follow.
If you like to play support then working on your accuracy is a lot harder, but it will pay off.

There are a few basic tips for get higher accuracy.
1. Dont move.
Shooting while moving is very inaccurate.
2. Change stance.
Standing is less accurate than crouching, which is less accurate than prone.
Going prone can make seeing your target harder, practice crouching as well.
3. Zoom in.
Zooming in makes most guns 20-30% more accurate.
4. Use single shot.
Clicking the mouse 2-3 times in single shot is as good as the same time on full auto.
You are just as likely to hit the target, and you will save ammo.

Practice is the only way to improve your accuracy, and single player is a good place to practice.

I hope this helps man.
