Weird rank glitch

My internet connection went off while playing karkand, for like half hour because my older bro was doin something with it,(he plays a different game) and then i started bf2, when i logged onto bf2hq, All i saw was that i was a major, and that my next rank was a private and i had NO awards or time!! JUST THAT LEAF RANK MAJOR! i was thinking WTF is this, is happening to everyone, then i restarted bf2 and my stuff was back

Wtf happened, im just glad i didnt lose my stats there

Anyone else have this glitch I wish i could of kept that rank and had all my awards and unlocks back

Yeah, I've had it around two-three times in the last month. It's annoying when you see the Major badge but then you realise it's a glitch lol.

It also gives you some stupidly high score too. Like 16363556...

In a way i felt good seeing that, but i knew it was glitch and that rank would never be mine.

You should have joined a server and seen if the rank would have stayed until you restarted.

I've had it once.. I went in my BFHQ and my Global was a fix of " 2480352035235093252095 " randomized numbers.. take or give a few, and I had no hours in anything. Oh, and my rank was PFC when I was Colonel at the time.

But yeah, it bugs out here and there.. just reboot BF2.

and still have Master Sergeant rank.
What else do i have to do to get First

If you didn't have everything required when you got Master Sergeant, you can't go to First. Sorry, man, but you're stuck there until your next rank.

Also, please post in the correct forum next time in a new thread. Those are pretty universal forum rules and you should know this by now.

you cant rank to first sergeant from master sergeant and you cant be a sergeant major neither
