Ok, that's really not fucking cool. I signed up the day it was possible, posted in these forums and was like 22 on the list I think. Now I'm not even on the fucking subs? What the hell? You're listing people that havent' even signed up yet as subs... Why not just list me on there until they even sign up? Then if they do, I guess you won't have to have me on the team anymore. Come on...

There's not way anyone would have chosen the team based on first sign-ups.
Given the popularity of this event I will try and organise further ones.
Ok, I can understand being excluded from the main team, but listing people that haven't signed up yet as subs, I don't understand that. Believe me, I'm not one to complain about things usually. I know I'm not the most well known player on these forums, and I accept that, but maybe next time things can be more organized, such as setting guidelines as to who can sign up if you're only going to pick your friends or the people with the "best" stats(as of now), or limit the people signing up to only 32. 28 for players and 4 admins a side. Sorry I sounded so angry in my earlier post, but I think if you were in my shoes you'd do the same.
I have made it clear from the start I will not pick from stats where possible, i'd say 75% of the people in that team I have played with personally and know how they play and how well they play... That is what I will base my pickings on, if you haven't been included then I'm sorry but like duffry said I cant please everyone. Add me on xfire and come play with me within the next week and if you're good enough then you will probably get put on the subs or maybe in the team.

EntertaineR_06, how many of those are long, medium and close range snipers?
We should have a mix, snipers who're long range and snipers who're short/medium range.
People who use the type 88/svd up front with M24, M95 and L96 users in the back.

Heya, I was jsut wondering if there are any slots left, because i actually am a good sniper, i just like to rush into the base and cap the flag with my pistol. I've got the skills to play with these guys against the medics.

Well ok, at least you explained yourself. You should have made it clear in the first post why you chose the people you did. I mean obviously you should select a core group of snipers that are very good, and then make the rest in a tryout match, or the rest subs.EntertaineR_06 wrote:

ok, I've updated the sign-up page to show who has been selected and who is a reserve.
As far as I'm concerned, anyone who has signed up is a reserve at least.
This list is going to change, people will drop out etc.
Also, I expect that during practice sessions there will be selected players who don't come and reserves that do, this makes me think that a change in the list is in order as well.

Yup, the team will be edited alot so keep your eye on it, i said in my first post that this would be a basic team. Not set in stone so come play with me and show me what you got and we'll see...

Man too bad Battlefield 2 doesnt have 128 player option, looking at the people signed up right now, it would be perfect.
