just got this game a couple of days ago so im still trying to get used to the controls, but i have a logitech attack 3 joystick and i just recently tried using it and just couldnt even stay in the air for five seconds, i know there is a way to make the joystick controls inverted, but when i do that, it inverts the roll left and right controls, while i only want the back and foward controls inverted, if there is a way? (push foward on joystick it moves foward, back it goes backwards, but still leave the roll left and right the same)

what?  I have an attack 3 and it works like a joystick should.  I think you've just got yours mapped wrong.  Go to the controls and remap the joystick for the aircraft.

yea, but its weird, because whenever i put for the fire weapon and click button 1 on the joystick it comes out saying button 0, like the buttons are off. and while im playing with the joystick for some odd reason when i try to take off from a helicopter/jet, before i even touch anything thing it moves onto its back and blows up. you think it could be because the usb is in the wrong port?

there is nothing weird about that, computer just starts counting buttons from 0, so button 1 = button 0, button 2 = button 1 etc. etc.
