I often fly in chopper but I do not know how to know where my gunner aims with its guided missile (TV). Is it the square in the middle of the cockpit or it is impossible to know it.
Yep, put the target on top of the top line of the box and in the center. That's the best place.

And be careful cause Special Forces choppers and pointed down more, or it at least seems like it.

For SF ones, the gunner TV view sees BELOW the gunner view box.

Thx tokyojoe for the link with the picture we can know exactly where our gunner see in his TV.
USMC= Place the crosshair just over your target.
MEC = Place the target between the crosshair and the rectangle which says the gunner view
PLA = Place the crosshair a little bit higher the target.
Now you know exactly where to place the target for your gunner.
