It was a little buried in an old post so might well have been missed but there is something riding on this.
I'll be making some sort of sig adornment for both the winners and the losers. The leaders have to wear theirs on this forum for a month minimum.

Who chose who is selected for the sniper team? .....i know my sniper ratio isn't the best but I'm still recovering from my 'learning curve' as i am using the same account as a started with.
With that in mind....(no offense to these players) 'zeon.06.dd' - i have more time, a better sniper rifle ratio and better accuracy with the sniper rifle. as with 'Nessie09'. i know he has more kills than me... but i have the better ratio.
But zeon.06.dd surely i would get that place if it was based on those things.
+ entertainer has played with me and I'm sure he will vouch for me!....

Right, this was not based on stats it was based on you're gameplay style and ability, i couldn't remember playing with you before james but as a spot has opened up and i've had a look over your stats AND i remember playing with you now you can take that last spot.

I think everyone should be required to stat what kind of sniper they are, example;
Close Range - Flag capping, toe-to-toe fighting
Medium - Most people, longer shots but not extereme, lining up quick headshots a must.
Long - dont_be_ss level shots
I'd be close/medium range.

If I were not selected I would be offering to organise and assist with training and tactics, having impromptu meetings with team members to work together. Generally make my self useful and known to the team. If I didn't get on then it's good practice for next time (I'm increasingly convinced there will be a next time).
