If you have SF try out War Hawks. Admins are fair and I get a good ping rate from the East Coast of the US. No smactardery allowed.

Another one I like is Old Men Online. Again admins are fair, good rotation of core BF2 and AF. Smacktards are not tolerated.

Because it is hard to find good servers now, it is like roulete and you know how long it takes to load the game.
