ive been looking around for information on how to get a favourite victim and at 1st i thought its a person uve kileld the most times.. but then i noticed on my "other victims" list in my stats page there are guys ive killed more times then the guy whos my favourite victim... So how does it all work.. can anyone help me
I believe it is consecutive kills.
It is bugged. I have killed my favourite victim 8 times although another player has me as his worst enemy with 13 kills. It is just another bug. It has nothing to do with consecutive kills

It's kills in a round total, but they can only be your victim if you are their worst enemy. So for instance, I've killed people enough times to make them my favorite victim, but someone else has killed them more times total IAR, so I don't make their worst enemy list.
