The IAR requirement for a badge (ie kills) only count when you have completed the other non-IAR requirements. I had killed 20 people many many times as SPEc Ops so i was expecting the V badge when i got the 15 hours in, but alas no I received the Vbadge as soon as I killed 20 people after ccompleting the 15 hours.

achieve the global prerequisite, leave the server, go to your BFHQ and make sure it recognizes you have the global requirements, then go for the IAR requirements.

But in my feeble defense I think the IAR requirements be listed after the global requirements to make it more evident to dumba$$ like me.

No problem. Nobody reads the "How to read this Guide" section. That wouldn't make any sense
