Yes. It actually doesn't affect the bomb drop either, but good luck dive bombing upside down.
i don't, i flat bomb, i gauge the distance so at least SOME bombs fall directly on their head I fly fighters more, so yeah.

Personally I would really like to give the bomber aka gunner the ability to drop bombs. The hellfire missiles they have are nice, but I think they could be given a bomb reticle which a gunner can become more proficient at using then the pilot could ever since you could see where the bombs fell.

so you'll need some uber1337 skills to actually get them to hit. not like many pilots give their co-pilots enough time to lock on and fire. whenever i'm stuck as copilot with a plane wh0re, i go for lunch etc.
My intuition tells me you shouldn't be able to. The bombs should be released from their holds only to hit the plane and blow up. But then again, what physics in BF2 is intuitive?polarbearz wrote:

I posed the same question to myself when I started, so I tried it.. bombs drop from your location, not a hold. Ever notice an animation for a hold opening before releasing bombs? Me either.
