i got the requirements to become a staff seargent or whatever. but it wont rank me up. it says i need to be a seargent, but i am that. it says i need 5000 points. i have more than that? what can i do ?_?

if u just play a few rounds u will be awarded your new rank. it takes time for the servers to query your stats. once your past a rank if u keep playing u will get it when the server your on recognizes your ready for advancement.
